Judy grew up in Hutchinson, Kansas and attended Hutchinson Community College and the University of Kansas.   Prior to moving to Wichita, Judy and her husband Jake lived in Poland where they travelled extensively throughout Europe.  In 1998, they moved to Wichita to be closer to family.   Judy  began her real estate career  in 1999 with Cindy; she received her real estate license the same year and acquired her broker’s license in 2009. 

Currently,  Judy attends to every detail of the closing process all the way to the closing table.  This includes attending inspections, reviewing the title work, appraisals, getting bids when necessary for repairs, and representing the best interest of our clients throughout the entire transaction.   Judy is always looking ahead to ensure a smooth, seamless transaction for our buyers and sellers.  She is Cindy’s eyes and ears and advises Cindy daily about each and every upcoming closing.

Judy and Jake live in the College Hill neighborhood and have 2 daughters, Isabel and Greta.  She and her family love travelling and being outdoors with their 2 crazyWeimaraners, Stella and Willie.

Brandon Baker has lived in Wichita almost his entire life and has grown to appreciate the lifestyle that we enjoy here. In 2003 Brandon Joined the Real Estate industry as a Real Estate Sales Assistant with Ritchie Development Company. His time spent helping residential clients build their dream homes in Wilson Estates, Rocky Creek, and Reeds Cove paved the way for a life-long career.

After serving for 2 years with the Ritchie Development Company, Brandon was offered an unbeatable opportunity to mentor under one of Wichita’s most successful real estate agents, Cindy Carnahan. Since 2005, Brandon has enjoyed the opportunity to serve with The Carnahan Group as they’ve grown into Wichita’s leading real estate team.

In addition to his experience selling new residential, and resale homes, Brandon has extensive experience with the downtown condo market. One of Brandon’s first callings was to sell a new lifestyle in down town Wichita called The Lofts at St. Francis. This condo development took off with great success! Brandon is a graduate of Goddard High School and Wichita State University. He completed his college education in Business with dual degrees in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Brandon was also named the Carney Scholar for the School of Entrepreneurship. He is also an alumni of Beta Theta Pi fraternity where he still volunteers time towards the efforts of the local Wichita State chapter.When time allows, Brandon also enjoys playing golf and other recreational sporting activities with his friends and family.

DeeAnna moved to Wichita where she graduated from Wichita State University in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing and Management. After graduation, she joined J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. as the Advertising Coordinator where she worked for five years before finding her place with The Carnahan Group in 2006.

DeeAnna joined The Carnahan Group as their Marketing and Listing Director, and a short time later went on to get her Real Estate license.  Even though she enjoys showing and selling homes her true passion is the marketing/advertising of each listing and working closely with each seller to get their home sold quickly at the highest price possible.  DeeAnna is a licensed REALTOR and would be happy to help you with all your real estate needs including finding that home of your dreams.

DeeAnna is married to Tyson Carlson of Arkansas City, Kansas, who works for a local bank. DeeAnna and Tyson have two sons, Braedyn and Carter, and a cocker spaniel named Freckles.

Leslie was raised in Abilene, Kansas until moving to Wichita to attend Wichita State University. Her hard work growing up on the family Greyhound farm paid off after being awarded the prestigious Jabara Scholarship in Entrepreneurship. Leslie completed her undergraduate degree from WSU, receiving the designation of Summa Cum Laude from the W. Frank Barton School of Business. She studied Entrepreneurship with a focus in Real Estate. Leslie decided early in college that Real Estate was right for her. She began her real estate career at Ritchie Development Corporation in 2004. After obtaining her real estate license she began helping people build their dream homes as a New Home Sales Consultant Assistant. Leslie served in many developments including Chestnut Ridge, Rocky Creek and Pine Meadow.
 
Leslie joined the Carnahan Group in 2006 adding her skills and knowledge as a contract compliance and closing coordinator. Leslie and Judy worked together to ensure that the closing process went smoothly for all buyers and sellers from contract to the closing table. Leslie mastered these skills and insists that there was no better way to learn the intricacies of the closing process than to do so with such an experienced group of Realtors who handle so many transactions every year.

She now serves as a full-time sales agent with the Carnahan Group ready to provide unbeatable customer service for you. Leslie married her college sweetheart, Kris, in September 2006 and they live in College Hill with their son, Kaston born in 2011 and Schnauzer, Opal Mae.

Katie was born and raised in Wichita. Katie and her family have been in Wichita, supporting and helping it grow for five generations. Katie graduated from Sedgwick High School as an honor roll student and Presidential Scholar. Her parents, Scott and Sarah, own and operate Beck’s Farm Peach Orchard just north of Wichita.

In 2009, Katie graduated from Wichita State University earning a degree in Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Management. She is a Barton Scholarship recipient and a Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) alumna. She is also very active within the community. Katie regularly volunteers at the Kansas Humane Society and has been involved with Young Professionals of Wichita and The League of Women Voters.

In 2006, Katie joined the Carnahan Group as an intern.  After 2 years of hands on learning, she was invited to join as a full time sales associate.  Katie is able and ready to assist you and be your advocate throughout the home buying or selling process.  Katie prides herself on upholding the highest standard of service.  She is a high-energy professional, who is focused on delivering quality of service, integrity and trust.  She believes that communication, accessibility and integrity are essential.

Clarke grew up right here in Wichita; he attended the Wichita Collegiate School from pre-school all the way through high school. They call that a “lifer”. After graduating from Collegiate Clarke attended the University of Kansas where he joined the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and majored in History. After graduating from KU Clarke worked briefly in Dallas, Texas before deciding that it was time to come home. Since November 2009 Clarke has been back in Wichita selling real estate like his mother and grandfather before him.

Clarke enjoys all sports, but his passion is golf. In his time at Collegiate he played on two state championship teams, and since then he has developed a true love for the game. His other passions include Skiing, hunting, and fishing, as well as anything outdoors. Last but certainly not least Clarke loves to root for his Jayhawks and Shockers on the hardwood! He’ll always throw some love to the Wildcats on the gridiron, as Kansas is forever home!

Clarke is active in the community as well. He donates to many charities, and has ambitions of starting his own charitable organization. Clarke has been a part of the Wichita community his entire life, and growing up here has afforded Clarke the opportunity to understand the lifestyle that Wichita has to offer and how that lifestyle can exceed your expectations. Selling real estate has always been a part of Clarke’s life, and now he is becoming a part of others’ lives by helping them realize their dreams of home ownership.

Kathy Rosell

Kathy Rosell grew up in Topeka Kansas and graduated from The University of Kansas with a degree in Elementary Education.  She moved to Wichita in 1992 with her husband, Jon, and their three sons, Evan, Scott and Alex.  Jon is The Executive Director of the Sedgwick County Medical Society.  Kathy retired from teaching at Wichita Collegiate School after 15 years great years.  Kathy taught first grade and elementary science before getting her Real Estate Sales license and joining The Carnahan Group.  Kathy has grown up with real estate, as her family has owned a Real Estate business for many years.   She is  ready to assist you with your housing needs.  If you have concerns about schools or simply want to be connected to the community…Kathy Rosell can hook you up.  In the office we tease her constantly about knowing absolutely everyone in Wichita!  Kathy is a great ambassador for Wichita, with a tremendous wealth of knowledge about educational opportunities in public and private education.  If you are new to Wichita, let Kathy help you filter all of the options with regard to education. Who is Cindy?
Her grandfather owned Bennett Music, a full service music store and her father was in charge of contract termination for Olive Ann Beech after the war. He was the managing broker of Wheeler, Kelly Hagny Residential Real Estate Division . Ed Clarke was instrumental in the development of The Village, Rockwood,& Woodlawn Village. Cindy and her father went to open houses together each Sunday as she was growing up. Her Father called it…”Visiting” he taught her the values of caring deeply for her clients, and the wisdom to lead them with understanding.

Cindy’s mother, Corinne had a degree in History from Wichita University, was a life Master at Bridge, a darn good golfer, and Kansas State Tennis champion…but mostly a devoted wife and mother. Cindy has two brothers, Rick, a retired general surgeon in Amarillo, Texas and Bruce, a retired Army Colonel. Bruce is a graduate of West Point and retired as the Army expert on conflict resolution, and The Eisenhower chair of the National Security Studies at the Army War College in Carlysle Pennsylvania.

Cindy married her husband John in 1979 and says he was “the hardest deal she has ever closed.” John is a general Dentist and also grew up in Wichita. John attended Kemper Military Academy, Kansas University, and the University of Missouri Dental School at Kansas City. John entered the Army Dental Corps after Dental School and spent two years in Alaska. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Colonel in the Air National Guard. Cindy and John have a son Clarke who graduated from Wichita Collegiate School and is now a senior at the University of Kansas. Clarke is a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, he is an avid golfer and loves to fish. Clarke leaves Sunny, the devoted Labrador retriever behind to watch out for Cindy and John

Cindy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Via Christi Regional Health Systems, Ulrich Museum Alliance  and The Wichita Children’s Home. She has served as a Trustee for the Leukemia Society of America, Music Theatre of Wichita.  Cindy is a Sustaining member of the Junior League of Wichita as well as an active member and past regent of Wichita Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She has been the moderator for University Congregational Church. Cindy is an avid gardener and a member of Junior League Garden Club.

For the past 3 years, Cindy has attended The Strategic Coach program, a group of entrepreneurs providing process and direction for future business models located  in Toronto, Canada. Recently, Cindy was awarded the Sustainer of Year award for the Junior League of Wichita for outstanding volunteerism. She has also served as a sustaining advisor to the Junior League Holiday Galleria committee, a fundraising effort to raise money and awareness for children's literacy. Cindy is also passionate about the Wichita State University - Students in Free Enterprise, a competitive team of collegiate entrepreneurs who help children learn the fundamentals of managing money and entrepreneurship. 

Cindy started a group called Spirit, a musical ensemble that started by singing in her clients homes at Christmas. Spirit sang at the White House and has recorded 9 CD’s that have been sold to benefit children’s charities…”Children after all stand closest to the true meaning of Christmas.” Spirit has raised over $200,000 for kids.  Spirit retired in 2004 after 17 years of spreading Christmas cheer.
